Finishing Touch Florist & Gifts

So... I reached out to Josiah at Finishing touch. I was looking for a dozen red roses to give my wife for our anniversary. At the time (kind of last minute) he did not have a complete dozen however, he assured me that he could make something amazing with what he had. The result was so much better than I could’ve imagined. Instead of the typical dozen red roses I got a small masterpiece dripping with style, elegance and grace. The best part was how much my Wife appreciated the bouquet. All worked out as promised by the team at Finishing Touch! Thx again :)

The manager was so nice! And the flowers looked amazing! Everyone here is so friendly! The manager talked me through how to put together an arrangement, and gave me all the flowers to do what I envisioned! The first impression is so important and it really showed!

Disappointed with the delivery being all mixed up. It was an occasion of my friend’s father passing.. during the trying time we just wanted to send some love but ended up having to contact them over and over again to get the flowers delivered. Don’t know why but they were not able to find their house regardless of their house number and street clearly visible. Felt so uncomfortable asking my friends where they were and for the delivery guy to get in contact with them. It was delivered to another address as well. Was thinking of a smoother transaction where they really felt our love without having to stress about something coming their way with the occasion and all the confusion. I really didn’t want to leave a review due to the fact the management tried their best to sort things out...and they were so kind on their end however, I did check the box for no substitution... which could’ve taken longer but it wasn’t followed through when my friend sent me the picture of the actual flowers.. highly disappointed and would’ve left one star but due to the sincerity of the management.. I’ve added another star. Thank you but it was a different flower sent. Why is it pictured differently?! Especially with an option to not substitute another flower due maybe delaying the delivery?

I called this florist from out of state and ordered a bouquet for a long time friend now living in a nursing home. They listened and created a beautiful arrangement that totally blew her away! Lovely selection of blossoms.

The service and floral arrangement were fantastic! I called Finishing Touch after being disappointed by another florist. She went out of her way to deliver a beautiful arrangement,ent on a Sunday, within. Few hours when my friends mother passed. Highly recommend!
