We have used Empire Granite Monuments 3 times now, for my parents and my mother in law. Lou has always been very patient, professional and gives good advice. He listened to my wife and I and made very nice headstones for our parents. We are happy with the results.

I just used Empire Granite for a headstone for my husband. The gentleman was polite and considerate. My children and I ordered the headstone and was advised that it would be about 6 weeks for its arrival. Sure enough, 6 weeks and the stone was placed. It is more beautiful than expected. I also had Empire do some lettering at my brother/grandparents headstone in Worcester and they did a beautiful job and their prices were MUCH cheaper than another local granite company! I would recommend Empire Granite to everyone!
If you want to have a great experience you need to ask and speak to Lou Besaw not only is he understanding, and he listens to what the client wants, not only does he sell he also digs the foundations along with our son matthew and they also set the monuments. This is why he gets great feedback, to the people he deals with.
