I am so, so pleased with Penguin Flowers' flower delivery! I ordered a purple bouquet of flowers for my Grandma's birthday, for delivery since I'm out of state and can't visit her due to COVID.nnThe ordering process was very smooth and easy, and I received an email receipt within a few minutes. When they made the bouquet, they sent a photo to my email (pleasant surprise) so I could see what she received, and they called her to let her know the delivery was coming (as I requested on the order). She's ecstatic with the flowers, and said they are gorgeous and that she loves the little charm that came with them.nnNow that I know it's this easy to order flowers I will absolutely use Penguin Flowers again!

Highly recommend for flower delivery. I live in CA and wanted to delivery flowers ud83dudc90to my mom for valentines day. They followed my directions and contacted her beforehand. She absolutely loved them. I will be using them again. I ordered via their website, very user friendly.
Called from Hawaii to order flowers for a funeral in Corvallis. Got the funeral home wrong. Called the next day to change. Easy peasy. But, the flowers were supposed to go to where the funeral service would be held. Penguin worked out a solution with the funeral director. All went very well. People commented on the loveliness of the flowers !
I am in VA and our my sister lives in CA. We called to order flowers for our aunt in Corvallis, OR. We both were on the phone with the florist.
