My daughter recently moved to Las Vegas and I have now sent her flowers several times. I live overseas and some of the reports of various florists said that it was hard to get decent floral arrangements there. So, I searched and searched and found Desert Rose. This is the second bouquet I've ordered from them and both were stunning, delivery punctual (despite these times) and very easy. You owe it to yourself to order from this wonderful florist.
Ordered and prepaid for a “deluxe” arrangement of tulips (20 flowers in a nice container for $113). When I picked it up it was obviously the “standard” arrangement with 10 flowers. It also looked nothing like the picture, but it was nice and I understand there’s variance in presentation based on available product. When I pointed it out to staff, they told me it was different because they “do their own little twist” on arrangements. I pointed out that their “own little twist” essentially consisted of giving half the flowers ordered. I got him to look it up on their website. He tried one last time sell the “little twist,” but eventually relented and took the arrangement to the back to make it right.nnIt turns out that the reason they skimped is because they were low on the color flower requested. Instead of contacting me for an alternative or — at least — acknowledging it was less than I ordered and offering to refund the difference, they’d have just let me go on my way while knowing they overcharged me by $30 or so.nnIt’s a fine place for a quick gift, but there are SO many other florists in the area it seems silly to return here. You can find better. Skip it.
Desert Rose Florist completely exceeded my expectations for my wedding! Every single arrangement was beautiful and artfully done. The staff was an absolute joy to work with during my hectic wedding planning. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!
the 1st picture is what I ordered for $125.00 plus a $20.00 delivery fee because I chose them a little ways away from the actual delivery location because I very much liked the AS ADVERTISED Bouquet!!nBut, as you can see, what I ordered was a far cry from what was delivered!!nThe shop did call me and explained that they were out of stock on some of the Flowers and I asked them to WAIT until the missing Flowers could be located because I wanted what I ordered!
Their attention to detail is second to none. I told them what my wife liked and 20 minutes later I had the best arrangement Anybody could ask for. This will be my florist from here on out for sure.
