I’ve ordered flowers twice now and both times the Arrangement was beautiful. Love supporting small businesses! Their baby’s breath colorful bouquet is so unique and beautiful, everyone was in love with it.
I ordered two different arrangements at two different price points. Both exceeded my expectations! The staff is attentive, asks great questions about the recipient and the vibe you’re trying to create. Flowers were delivered on time and incorporated all of the elements I requested. Recipients were floored by the attention to detail and how much the arrangements captured their personalities. The flowers were expensive and worth every bit of what I paid! Kudos and thank you.
The worse flower shop in Las Vegas. We have ordered flowers for my sons funeral. They had the wrong date of delivery , one week after the funeral. The good bye writing on the ribbons was all wrong, the flower that we specifically requested not to use. All 4 arrangements were done with that flower. THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING CORRECT!!! And expensive. Run the other way!!!!!
I will only be ordering from Vegas Rose. The customer service in it self is ud83dudcaf. Amy was very patient over the phone and went above and beyond to help me chose the arrangements. They sent me a picture of what my arrangement before delivery and the delivery person texted me when it was complete. After the delivery I had a question and they responded immediately. Thank you Vegas Rose, you ALL were amazing!
Vegas Rose did a rush job for me last week and delivered the most gorgeous flowers. The recipient was floored by them! Thank you Vegas Rose for making such a beautiful and affordable bouquet and delivering it to the right place on the same day I ordered it!!! THAT is excellent service!
