I was able to call and speak with Ethel and Mr. Tom Williams sent a picture of the plant I wanted to send for a funeral. They were quick and really went the extra mile making sure I was happy. Very pleased with the plant and their service. Pick this florist, you will not be disappointed.

Just sent another amazing arrangement from Mark Knox and I couldn't be happier. They never cease to amaze. My wife was floored, and her coworkers were impressed. I tried other florists, and it was a huge regret (see my other reviews). Mark Knox will retain my business for holidays to come.
Mark Knox Flowers is the best flower shop in Odessa! I have recieved flowers from here nearly ever month for the last 2 yrs from my sweet boyfriend, Alex. The flowers have ALWAYS been so beautifully arranged and have stayed fresh for at least 2 weeks, usually longer. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!
Extremely disappointed. I ordered some flowers for my mother for her birthday and they were very friendly. They delivered and added a ballon for the regular add on prices. I uploaded pictures of the website picture and the flowers the actually sent. I understand that the pictures are there but the carnation stems were not cut, no filler flowers, and overall looked slapped together. I gave an extra star because they gave me back 25% of the base flower price.
