Carla did an amazing job. The arrangement I ordered online needed some substitutions and the one Carla delivered far exceeded what I thought I was getting. My friend had just lost her Mom and I wanted the flowers to make her happy and she absolutely loved them. Carla said she would take care of it and she did, above and beyond! Will use Vivian's for all my floral needs from now on!
