Kosec Crematory

About two weeks ago, my 30 year old nephew was killed in an automobile accident. His mother, my dear sister, needless to say, was out of her mind. The whole tragedy was utterly heartbreaking. We didn’t know where to begin to sort it all out. David Bradley, at Kosec, knew where to begin. He pulled us through the steps carefully. He did not rush us. He handled all our (often strange) questions and behavior like it was perfectly normal. He communicated with us throughout the whole process and is even still helping my sister with some legalities. Sometimes we asked him the same question three times. He never flinched. This guy is the salt of the earth. Even during this pandemic, we felt safe and protected as we moved through the whole strange process of putting someone so young to rest. Thank you, Kosec, and thank you, David Bradley. You made it possible to navigate a completely impossible situation.

Kasich Funeral Home was absolutely amazing. They were graceful and personal they held our hands through one of the toughest times of Our Lives. Special thank you to David who was absolutely amazing.

I cannot express into words how great my family was treated by Kosec, specifically David. His professionalism, kindness, integrity and genuine interest that he showed my family will never be forgotten.

We've been working with David and he's been professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. He's made the experience stress-free and never tried to upsell us. He laid out all the options and, for the moment, we chose the cheapest. He was fine with that and bent over backwards to answer all our questions and even collect DNA for us. I can't tell you how this eased the stress when my girlfriend's mother passed away in hospice. Kosec came by a few hours later (around 3am) and respectfully collected the remains. We stopped in the next day at the funeral home and they had dressed her and combed her hair and made her available for viewing. All in all, we would recommend Kosec's with no hesitation at all.

David I'm truly grateful for you and what you did for my family.nI called David at 1:30 a.m. on Friday after getting the call that my grandmother had passed away. Now I was at this time very emotional and extremely hurt from the news of my grandmother passing. I was very rude to David when we spoke because I was asking questions that David who I just woke up couldn't answer because he was asleep and also because he didn't want to answer any question I had until he had all the info about my grandmother etc..nNow to me at that time wasn't good enough. I got angry and very hostile to point that the people David works with were concerned about my actions and what I might do. Not only was I very rude to David and he had every right to take action against me, David instead told everyone not to call the authorities because he understood that I was grieving and that even though I said personal derogatory remarks about him he knew it wasn't personal.nDavid you are a amazing person and the fact that you not only gave my family time with our loved one you went above and beyond what my expectations were. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget the compassion and understanding you showed me.nThank you
