I ordered a bouquet for my aunt in St. Petersburg, Florida. They arrived on time and were gorgeous. My aunt sent me a photo. The vase was very pretty too.nnThere wasn't a tracking number but the owner assured me they'd get there.
The flowers were beautiful but not only did we not get them delivered on the day that my boyfriend was supposed to get them and had to call the next day, but they came attached with a card/envelope that had the safeway floral department stamp on it. So they charged us $93 dollars and went and bought a bouquet that was probably worth $30 at most. They didn’t even try to hide the fact that it was clearly from safeway!! Not professional at all.
Very disappointed!! I ordered a flower bouquet and box of chocolates. Spent over $100. My daughter never got them for her birthday and now I'm having a hard time getting hold of the florist to get a refund he said he would call me back and I haven't heard from him....here we go! ud83dude20
As a rule of thumb, I only review a business if I feel that they genuinely cared about me as a person instead of my pocketbook. Thus, I’ve only reviewed a handful of businesses as this care-for-the-customer attitude is rare. Well, this mom-n-pop florist truly earned a positive review. I don’t know much about the florists in this town (I’m new) but I’m thinking I’ll just keep using this shop in the future.
