My dog had to have 2 root canals done. I was so impressed with how quickly the front office staff responded to my initial contact, and then was even more impressed by their knowledge, and patience as they explained options and next steps. Every step of the way was professional, friendly, and sensitive to my concerns about my dog, and about the costs involved. Highly recommend!!

I recently had an appointment with this clinic, my experience was less than stellar. I paid $110.00 for an office exam on a 6 month old puppy who needed an adult tooth extracted as he had one more than he should have. The doctor seemed friendly and reasonable yet no X-rays taken to be assured of the root position in relationship to the tooth and the teeth on both sides. A quote given to remove an additional tooth including consultation which was originally quoted at 2000.00+, after I had a less than happy response, the price was dropped by hundreds of dollars.nnI have been a breeder for over 40 years and produce over 80 titled dogs, lived in numerous states and worked with many many vets, and vet hospitals and I can say without hesitation the pricing practice needs to be addressed. I was told oh I made an error, if you did than you should have better training on your staff.nnThe charge was exceptionally high and after the price quote then the price quote adjustment I choose to find another provider, which was also a specialty clinic...quote was properly priced and surgery was done at about 1/2 the cost.nnIf you have the time, please shop your service as in my experience our quote was not just high but totally unjustified. Just because you are a specialty clinic does not mean that treat the customer less than fairly. Everyone has the right to make a living, we also have the right to be treated to services at a fair price. Very disappointed it was a waste of my time and money. Please check your options if you have the luxury of time.

Molly, a German Shorthaired Pointer, needed one tooth extracted or a root canal with crown. After reviewing the prices, we elected to have it extracted for $1,600. In all of our pet years, we have never needed a specialist so we were not prepared for the price. Everyone we interacted with was professional and took all the time we needed to explain the procedure and follow-up instructions. If dental work is required, I would certainly recommend this practice. Everything went smoothly and she's doing very well. The cost was a big surprise but she needed a procedure to avoid any future problems.

Everyone was so professional and very good to our boy. They listen to our concerns. They helped us during this emotional time. We are so pleased with all that worked with us.

As a vet, I attend a lot of CE. I absolutely love and look forward to the dental wet labs every year that are offered at this location. The veterinary dentists who teach the classes and their staff are amazing. So friendly, really helpful and definitely worth it. I will be back again next year!
