I ordered the flowers online for mother’s day for my mother in law because we live on the east coast. She took a picture and showed me how they looked like. It looked nothing alike. The flowers and bouquet shape did not even look alike. I understand that florist runs out of the flower but come on. At least make it similar.... but it was two very different flower arrangement. Of course I showed my mother in law the arrangement she was suppose to get and she wished she could have gotten the one we ordered. Poor service.... won’t order again. Wished I could tag the arrangement we ordered and the one that was delivered.

I ordered online and received the arrangement with different types of flowers not what I wanted So I gave them a call and they said they’d give me a call back and I still haven’t got the call back
