After having a horrible experience with 1800 Flowers ( They NEVER contacted me of the canceled order!!!) , I Googled Florists in the area, and Lucy's popped up. They were the first to appear with good ratings, so I called.nnI placed a phone order for a funeral arrangement the evening before the actual funeral. Explained the details over the phone, paid and just hoped for what I asked for.nnDue to COVID, I wasnt able to attend the wedding, but my cousin sent me a photo and it was exactly how I described!nnLucy and Team, thank you so much for accommodating my last minute order + executing the vision described over the phone. Really appreciate your care on this arrangement + delivering it to the church for us. We really appreciate it.
Love this place. It’s my newly found spot for flowers. The lady there gave me a great deal on flowers and a teddy bear. Great place to get flowers!
Great experience ordered in the morning and it showed up same day at 430 delivered to her front door price was comparable to other florists.
Ordered a bouquet online to be delivered to my aunty in Stockton. She was very happy with the flowers and showed them to me via a video call. The flowers were fresh and vibrant, and the arrangement, while slightly different to the photo on their site was still very well done. Would recommend their service.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I dont normally leave comments but my experience was that bad. Long story short. I received a missed call in regards to my order. It literally took 7 calls to reach someone then no one knew anything. After hours of nothing, I contacted again but to cancel & get refunded. Then was told I would not get a refund and then was hung up on. After a few attempts and 10 days the refund process had finally started.
