Ordered a card to go with the flowers for my wife & I's anniversary. The card I received was completely wrong and was meant for someone mourning the loss of a loved one. I also paid to have the flowers delivered before 12pm, and they arrived close to 1pm. The flowers themselves were passable I guess. I paid close to $100 for flowers and this is what I get? What a joke.nnDon't buy flowers from this place, if you can help it. The competence of their assembly staff does not match the prices.

I Give ZERO stars but have to leave one in order to post . I ordered and paid for the biggest and most beautiful Christmas Tree for my mom who has cancer to help lift her spirits during the holiday. I almost cried when she sent me the picture and am appalled that a florist would deliver something that looks like this. This is a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered just an hour ago. Unfortunately this is not a reflection of 1-800 flowers as they are going to have it redone and sent by another florist. Unfortunately the local florist just happened to be 1-800 flowers Encinitas who created the Floral Tree and delivered.

I will never ever order flowers again from 1800Flowers.com. They emailed me one day prior to my mom’s birthday regarding the tracking information. The box with flowers inside was picked up in Oceanside, California and delivered by FedEx. When my mom received it, everything inside the box was a mess. The flowers they actually sent looked very cheap and didn’t even worth $77.39 I spent. Since it’s my first time purchasing flowers online, just in case, I ordered two bouquets of flowers from two (2) different vendors: “1-800-flowers” and “fromyouflowers “ for my mom and it turned out 1-800-flowers really sucks in comparison to the other.

I’d give no star if I could 1800 flowers was the first thing that popped up on google for same day delivery., I thought it would be a great experience it clearly said same day delivery so I spent almost $100 on a XL sunflower option with statements assuring it would be delivered same day as long as it was purchased before 2:30p I made my purchase at 11am had dinner plans at 6:15 that’s 4 hours what we’re you doing for 4hrs that you couldn’t keep your business motto , me thinking it would show up the next day cause things happen ,we are human . But nope not even on the 3rd day ,no updates although I had opted for it, why give my girlfriends phone number if you didn’t even attempt to call her or even me for that matter, I called and they said they can bring the arrangement basically 3 days late and with no such compensation for their bad business .n1. Misleading infon2.No follow up notificationsn3. No empathy for your bad business they didn’t think of the customer , if you would have comped me for the flowers I’d still use this company for other arrangements I buy my girlfriend flowers all the time. 4. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for any kind of arrangement. Thanks for nothing I should of said some more mean s*** but 1800 flowers arrangements must already reek of your company’s bad business practices.

It takes so long for the flowers to be delivered. My wife already left her job before they was even close to making the delivery. When I called customer service they just gave me a generic answer and said we deliver from 9AM-5PM.
