Ordered on line a beautiful arrangement for my mother that was outsourced to Coupeville Florist. What she received was horrible. Not even close to what was purchased and cheaply done. Contacted FTD, CF was to remake and redeliver- What I Ordered! Two days later I call FTD since I never received a confirm. I’m told Coupeville Florist now says they are out of stock but offered a 20% discount on a new order. I’m sorry, but if you can’t get it right the first time, and NEVER bothered to contact me to give me the option to decide for myself, why would I trust your judgement or quality again? Finally had to demand a full refund through FTD. You’ve been warned...Use with caution.
I love this florist! I buy from them every year for my mom's birthday, and her and my dads anniversary! Couldn't have better service, wonderfully friendly staff, and quick delivery! They are always willing to help in any way they can, and I have never been disappointed with what they deliver!
My husband ordered the deluxe bouquet without a vase and I received 4 short roses and 4 shirt carnations in a red plastic heart shaped vase. It was delivered at 8:15pm. When my husband emailed them to state unsatisfactory service, he was refunded $12 whole dollars. Their guarantee states a full refund but they can't even get that right.
Live in Pittsburgh, PA and ordered flowers for a family member in Greenbank, WA. The shop went above and beyond to get our family a beautiful arrangement! I highly recommend and will use them again!
Not a huge flower selection, however, the staff was really helpful and created a bouquet for me while I waited. Very personable and keeps that small town feel that you expect and enjoy from small Coupeville stores.
