Staff loves our dogs, we have had positive interactions with the entire staff. They took great care of our dog for a double surgery.

It was sad that our first visit to Best Friends was to be our Golden Retrievers last. We were traveling and our Golden got very sick. It was the final stage of cancer, but what we experienced at Best Friends from every member of the staff was nothing short of amazing. The compasson they showed to us and our Golden was truely appreciated especially allowing us to be with him to the end. Thank you.

Dr. Anderson suggested putting our dog down when we said we would think about it when he gave us an OUTRAGEOUS price to get his knee surgery.

The staff is very nice but when I took my puppy to be neutered I asked them to trim his nails and they said no problem we always do. Afterwords they said they forgot but to bring him back and they would make it right. We tried but he was to scared they said he would have to be sedated to do it. I called the day before and was told the estimate was $72 when I got there all the sudden it all changed to $150 and they would waive the nail trim. I explained what I was told and they basically said to bad. I walked out as I am had already spent over $1200 there for neuter, shots, even a DNA test. It's unfortunate that the front end staff is so nice but they rob you. Won't ever go back.

Took our dog here initially to get micro-chipped, then came back again for medication. Both times staff was very friendly and helpful. No bad experiences so far.
