Horrible customer service. My future mother in law called to inquire about prices for our wedding and she was very rude to her. She was condescending and not helpful at all. I would rather make my own bouquet than give them my business.
It saddens me to have to write this review because I really enjoy supporting small businesses especially during a pandemic. However, Monica the owner is horribly rude and her service with the customers is extremely unprofessional.
Called wanting information on flowers for my sons wedding. The woman I spoke with was very unfriendly and even acted annoyed. They were not going to be able to do the flowers due to being out of town Saturday. When I asked if I could pick up the flowers Friday and keep them refrigerated she started to answer then said, you should just call someone else we’re not even going to be here that weekend. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!

Great customer service, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for floral needs! They made everything so quick and easy for me calling in a panic, last minute. Not to mention the arrangement was soo beautiful!! Thank you again, I appreciate your help more than you know!!
