Absolutely terrible customer service the gentleman was extremely rude and hung up on me twice because he said he did not understand what I wanted. You should not treat grieving people in this manner. Do better

Don't know who I talked to but they were very rude over the phone!
I live out of town and wanted to send sympathy flowers to a relative on the Island. Bill the owner was very kind and helpful, walking me through my options describing the arrangements available color schemes how long the different flowers would last, offering suggestions for vase size because she was in an assisted living facility, even walking me through a nice message on the card, and ensuring all of the information was on the card that would help my relative know which family member the flowers were from. I very much appreciated all the help, and would definitely recommend them.
Great staff, they keep their products fresh and healthy! will order again soon.
