Worst florist I've ever encountered. Ordered $110 arrangement for my wife's birthday online to be delivered & they canceled it hr or so later. Thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt and drive to their store to buy flowers. Walked up and asked the guy - who kind of laughed- guess it's silly to assume a florist would sell flowers and a customer would want to buy them.nLooking inside the the shop, it's filthy and cluttetered. I can see why he would laugh, who would buy flowers from a place like this?nDont waste your time here. No care for customers or even keeping a clean shop.
I had ordered some flowered for my mom because my uncle died. they were supposed to be purple and white since those are her favorite colors. I received red and green and when I called to ask for them to be resent which was 3x I never got a call back. when i went in there i was told they could sustitue the colors and that was their right. the owner is a rude old man who has no respect for who is ordering his flowers or the meaning behind them. zero customer service and had me in tears. I suggest you go literally anywhere else.
Denny is the best! My family and I have trusted and relied on Denny for all of our flowers for many years. I have always been happy with his flowers, and delivery service.
