I live in Newark, DE, but my parents live in Eaton, Ohio. I have ordered from Eaton Floral on multiple occasions for my parents. Usually the arrangements are very nice and the staff is friendly. I ordered a centrepiece for my parents for Thanksgiving this year through From You Flowers, because I had a discount through our company. When it arrived on Tuesday, my parents said it was beautiful. However, by Thursday, the flowers were turning brown and started falling apart. My mom checked the water when it arrived, and again on Weds and Thanksgiving day, and there was plenty of water. I was disappointed, but sometimes things happen, so I called From You Flowers and explained the situation. They put me on hold and were gone a long time. They came back and said that they called Eaton Floral and were told that they did NOT deliver bad flowers and that my mother must not have watered them, and they would not replace the arrangement. They told me that they would reach out to another florist in the area and have them send out a new arrangement. They then called me back to say that the centrepiece was no longer available, and instead would just be sending out a large bouquet of mixed blooms. I said that was fine. My mother said the flowers were delivered today, again by Eaton Floral, and they are very pretty, but that the delivery person was not very friendly to her this time. I am disappointed because I have ordered from them in the past with no issue and instead of working with us, they did not take responsibility and blamed it on my parents.
