My grandmothers funeral was held there. It was a nice small place but when i walked in a rude female with a shirt hair cut had misplaced anger towards me a visitor. I know its the hood but i still had to let her cohort know how unprofessional she was. Smh our people really need to do better. Sus
We went through this funeral home for my grandpa. The flowers were not what we picked, he smelled bad, his tux was dirty, and we had no one to escort us to the gravesite so family cars stopped traffic so we could get there! I would not recommend this place at all!

While dealing with a loss is never a pleasant thing, the funeral home, especially Brittany, was very comforting. Answered all the questions I had, explain all procedures and called when they said they would. I would definitely recommend the Germantown Rd facility for cremations. Thank you again.
Bowman and young does a wonderful job laying love ones to rest i loved the way they was very attentive to how i asked for the lite makeup so the face of my dad as well as my grandma looked natural an like they selves.
