We were very pleased with how Gretchen handled our mother's funeral. Everyone at Powers-Kell were very helpful, and kind and worked with us to be able to have the service at our church. We want to thank them for all they did during this difficult time.
Very rude staff! I cannot get over how unprofessional and rude I was treated by this funeral home. Horrible customer service!!!
Can’t even pay to keep up their website. So sad. Shows what effort goes into the family’s they serve. People can’t even find friends obituary listings without their website anymore. Sad. Not what it used to be.
My family was completely disheartened by my grandfathers funeral today. The funeral director was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. She brought the bill to my grandma while she seated by my grandpa’s coffin. The director was having guests sign the memory book on top of other’s tombstone’s???!!!! Very disorganized in our time of mourning, no sympathy. My grandma should get a FULL refund for this debacle. I gave one star because I could not leave no stars
If you are thinking of using Powers-Kell Funeral Home for your deceased loved one think again. My family was so disappointed with the organization and professionalism of the staff. The first meeting, informational phone calls made, and grave side ceremony were very unsatisfactory. No organization what so ever.
