I've ordered two sets of flowers from Mahopac Flower Shop Inc recently. Once for delivery for my mom's birthday and another for a pick up other. Both bouquets were beautiful. With social distancing going on, the gentleman who delivered the flowers made sure to drop them off and stay back while my mom got them from the door. The other bouquet was for a graduation and it was huge. My family was so impressed with the flowers.
Today I tried to call in for a delivery and was met with such sarcasm, jokes at my expense, and just an unpleasant experience overall by a female worker there. It's a shame because all my experiences in the past using MFS for flower deliveries have been wonderful. Talking to the female employee I spoke with on the phone there today makes me never want to use their business again. To the business owners there, I know you're not bad people, but please make sure your staff always brings kindness to their phone inquiries.
This place is the best. The owners are really nice and upbeat and will work with you to make a bouquet on the spot. They have a wild selection of weird and fantastical flowers as well as the tbasics, and they're very skilled in arranging flowers. Overall, it's a joy to buy flowers here.
