My original order was accidentally delivered before the requested delivery date(in all fairness I ordered near a very busy holiday), however when I called to ask about the mistake they offered to resend a new delivery on the right date and added in an apology card. Mistakes happen, but they way they handled it was great and I appreciate the effort to make things right.
