I have purchased many arrangements from Capobiano’s florist, all of which have been beautifully put together. It is a warm & friendly florist! They are very accommodating & go out of the way to satisfy the customer.

In all my years of buying flowers. THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT EVER! The Person i bought if for said IN ALL HER YEARS of Getting Flowers these were THE BEST!!

If I could give this florist less than one star I would! After spending numerous time searching for cute arrangement to send to new baby, I placed order online with this florist. After placing order, florist calls me and tells that they no longer have what i ordered online. I explained that they should take It off their website if they no longer have it available because I spent ample time searching and finally decided to go with their business. Fine. So then I asked what else do you have available and if she could send me picture of what else she has for baby boy, since nothing she has in stock is pictured on the website. I finally decide on one of the items she sent me picture of. Caterina tells me now that its more money. $30 more than what I paid! I said what???, that's absurd. Why would you send me picture of something that is that exorbitant beyond what I purchased. The other two items she sent me in the picture were inappropriate, one was a school bus and one was a mainly pink dog that I wasn't going to send to a baby boy. I expressed to her that I shouldn't have to pay additional for something she could not follow through with and also had falsely advertised in stock on her website. She got Loud with me and said she doesn't normally send pictures of her items to customers, and that she's just wasted a lot of time on this already. I never seen such poor business from a business owner especially first time customer before like this. I ended up cancelling my order and placing order with Locust Valley Florist! Much better service thank you! I felt compelled to write this review. My advice to you, please make sure you call this florist ahead of time to make sure what you order is available before expecting it to be delivered.

I ordered flowers for my aunt's wake on 7/12/2018. A completely different flower arrangement was delivered to the wake. The description showed that the arrangement would have colorful daisies, lillies, gladiolas, and roses. The arrangement I received had white mums and carnations which, at cost, would be about $15, even though I paid $93. I called and they didn't answer, so I had the charge disputed with my credit card company. Today, I receive a call from the owner of the shop who gave me an attitude and yelled at me. When I saw I had a missed call, I called her back and she asked if I listened to her message. When I told her I didn't, she gave me an attitude and said well if you listened to the message you would know what I'm calling about. She then proceeds to lie and tell me that she called me to inform me that she did not have the flowers that I purchased, so she had to make a different arrangement. I told her that I never spoke to her nor did I receive a message. She continued to try to convince me that she called me to inform me of the flower changes and then questioned why I didn't call her the day after my aunt's wake (which was the day of my aunt's funeral). When I asked her if she really thinks I should have called her in the middle of dealing with a loss in my family, she said no and went back to her claim that she called me and she rushed to make the flower arrangement. I told her I did not care how much she rushed, she delivered a flower arrangement that I did not pay for. She then began yelling at me and saying I should cancel my order because she does not want to do business with people like me. I told her that I would never do business with her again because of her delivering the incorrect order and calling me to yell at me. This experience was absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. I wish I didn't even have to give them one star.
