Flowers were great. The tape that held the flowers in place was terrible and visible and really took away from the arrangement.

We had an amazing experience with Brian & team and we're so happy to give this review. My husband and I recently had our wedding at the Bailey Arboretum and we were unsure whether or not we even wanted to have flowers seeing as the Arboretum itself is so colorful in the Autumn. We waited until the week before the wedding to see whether the leaves had changed much, and when we learned they were mostly green still we decided adding a bit more traditional Fall colors would be essential. We didn't budget for the flowers, so in leaning on the Arboretums' in house wedding planner (Lisa) for a recommendation for florist... we made clear we needed someone who could work fast (just 1 week) and on a strict budget. She introduced us to Petals and the rest was history. In under a week we were able to nail down a concept, color palette, and design matching boutonnières for my now Husband and I, corsages for our Mothers and a distinct boutonnière for the Best Man. We had 1 phone call, exchanged multiple texts, and when we showed up at the venue on Saturday we were blown away by the end result. It was understated elegance. We would happily recommend Petals to anyone.

Diana and her team at Petals are absolutely amazing! Their gorgeous flowers and designs really enhanced the already beautiful De Seversky Mansion. They were very timely, delivering the flowers to my home and to the church. Diana really worked with us to customize and perfect the look! I will be continuing to use them for special occasions and the day-to-day flower pick me up =) !

Diana and her team at Petals were one of our favorite vendors to work with. First, we were super impressed during our initial consultation call, which lasted close to an hour and was extremely comprehensive. We then visited the shop in person, and left knowing that Petals was the vendor we needed to work with. It was a huge bonus that Diana knew our wedding venue, and being a preferred vendor, had lots of advice on minor and major details. We were also working within a budget, and Diana was understanding, flexible, and did not try to push extras on us. She was extremely pleasant and easy to work with, responsive, helpful, and very thorough. Moreover, we felt like Petals under promised and over-delivered - our florals were amazing! So many people complimented them during and after the wedding. We even took a bunch of centerpieces home, and they lasted another week in our apartment. We would highly recommend the Petals team to anyone looking for a wedding or special event florist!
