Apple Country Veterinary Hospital

Been a loyal customer for 12 years now and my dogs are still going strong, yay! Referred family and friends to Apple Country Vet here in Hilton too. In fact, 12 years ago we were referred by our neighbor here as well. The prices have gone up and it's challenging but I love the professionalism, the respect, and confidence I have bringing our dogs here.!nn**Update**4/2/21nBeen Apple Country Veterinary customer since 2005. Sadly, things were consistently amazing with Doctor Snyder practicing.nnFrustratingly yesterday, I had absolutely ZERO success getting an urgent appointment! My cat had to go to only available emergency care in Henrietta for (urinary) blockage, as they recommended. Only 6 weeks ago, Apple Country Vet successfully treated the same 2 year old cat for exact same issue (repeatedly entering and straining in his litter box) with a convenient early morning appt squeezing us right in to see Doctor. No diet changes were suggested (post $160) nor was my cat even followed up with a welfare check!nThis Thursday. I did not get a call back for 6 hours to discuss options/ care (onset of symptoms that am). They repeatedly expressed they were booked and crazy busy. The next available appt. Between them and their satellite office Erie Canal was Monday afternoon! . Another words, $2k+ later, thanks but no thanks.nnSigned,nDisappointed and frustrated.

Wonderful with our dog as always. Very helpful with the questions we have. Loving and caring pet handlers.

Everyone is extremely helpful, especially with everything going on around us and limitations due to the Corona Virus. If my cat's doctor is not available then one of the other doctor's step up and helps out. I was referred to this practice about a year or two ago and I am glad that I listened to the referral. Thank you.
