After a miscommunication resulting in an arrangement not being what I expected I contacted them. I was immediately offered a new arrangement, credit or refund. I was so pleased with the customer service I said that was not necessary but Sheril insisted. Today they delivered an absolutely beautiful arrangement, perfect in every way. : )nI highly recommend.Harbor Blooms, their work is unsurpassed!nThank you so much!

I'm very pleased first time client and I will use the for all me flower needs! I called for a delivery of flowers to my grandma's house before Valentine's day I live out of town and they made the most beautiful arrangement for her only down side delivery was set to be at her back door not her front porch wasn't discover for a week flowers were ok but when Grandma called they assured her that she would get fresh flowers and even chocolate! That's excellent customer service in my book. Ty for making grandma's day.
