Best Florist in the world. The owner and staff have become my friends. Always go above and beyond and the arrangements, bouquets and gifts are always stunning. When I call ahead or just walk through the door their service is the same. Excellent!!!! They have come through with wonderful arrangements every time when I have needed them. A very pleasant and friendly -helpful shop to deal with. Its tough for a guy to deal with flowers but they make it easy and I have received great compliments on their work.
My husband ordered a beautiful bouquet for my 25th wedding anniversary yesterday 11-6-2020,it was beautiful..When it arrived the balloon he ordered was not included,also the vase had a slight crack in it,all the water drained out..I originally left a one star review, because I was so upset,but Petals to please made it right by going above and beyond to fix the situation,we will be using them for all our occasions in the future.Thank you Petals to Please, small businesses rock!!
I got my mother in law a flower arrangement of red roses and she loved them. They were full and very vibrant. The roses were alive and it was a beautiful arrangement!
Kieran was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was patient, kind and extremely helpful in planning the flowers for our daughter's at home, COVID19 appropriate wedding. After an in person meeting, I emailed her pictures of what we wanted, and she put everything together perfectly. She was generous with the flowers in every arrangement, including the little Ball jars we had hanging along our walkway. She also went above and beyond to locate the plumeria from Hawaii that my daughter wanted in her bouquet. We are so fortunate to have such a skilled and creative florist in Lancaster.
