This place always takes great care of my animals and they don't ever trap me by guilting me into expensive procedures on commission. Treated several of my animals for emergencies and I didn't walk away poor either. Great place!
The people working here were absolutely wonderful with my little dog. Nobody knows your pet better than you. They really listened and understood what was going on. They kept us well informed about what was going on, and honest about the price, as we went. If any of my pets were in need of emergency services again, I would definitely call and go there again! They got us in quickly and the doctor was patient and listened to us. He was thorough and made sure his diagnosis was correct before suggesting any treatment. They were not very expensive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
They have been amazing for our pups. Caring loving and kind. There have been a few hiccups, but I trust them with my fur babies.
Dr, Jay is an awesome vet. Dr. Chamberlain is also awesome. Both very good with the many pets I took to them in the 14 years I lived in Moses Lake. All the technicians and reception staff are very caring and very good at taking care of your pets whether big or small. I loved that they gave a Senior Discount which many vets don't. Prices were good. Wait times were short. Very trustworthy clinic.
