I donate and love to support the Humane Society, it was very disappointing with my experience trying to get my cat fixed. I scheduled an appointment for 7:15 just for them to make us wait in a line outside for 2 hours before allowing us to check in. Refused to answer phones just directed to voicemail quickly each time. I ended up canceling and leaving due to how unprofessional they are running things here. If you love your animal, would be smart to stick with a professional Vet Clinic.
I arrived the 23rd of December here to get my puppy spayed. The appointment was made back in early November, I tried calling a couple times this week to confirm, and no one answered but I assumed they were busy. The clinic had a covid outbreak and instead of reaching out to clients with appointments they just left a note on their door saying call back to reschedule but they won’t even tell you when they will be back in the office. Terrible experience with them and they should be ashamed how they handled this. We are almost a year into the pandemic and this is the best you got? I spoke with others that did not receive a notification either.
I have had nothing but good experiences here. Yes, you have to wait to check in and pick up. But to pay a fraction of the cost for excellent spay, neuters, and teeth cleaning is well worth the wait.
Wonderful experience! 2 spays, a neuter, and 3 dentals. Great price, professional care, friendly staff!!
This was awesome nice friendly service good price. The ladies and vet was so nice and the lounge kitties were extremely friendly and entertaining while in waiting room only thing I didnt like was the parking lot. And that's not their fault. Good work thank you
