We Prearranged with Roeder Mortuary. People should plan ahead that way everything is arranged for. It made it less stressful for everybody our children and family anyone thinking of doing that they should get it taken care of. It was perfect, they literally took care of everything
I can't say enough about Roeder Mortuary. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were very comforting and gave me a lot of very useful information about their services.
There's a reason why we've held five different services at Roeder Mortuary/Ames Chapel. The service and staff are consistently great, which is why we come back every time we need their services. I recommend them highly.
Terrible. Everything was paid in full day of inquiring about services. 5weeks later we finally get my mother in laws’s death certificate and PATRICK demanded $375 addition dollars bc there was an issue with printing off the obituaries. An issue that was NEVER talked about to us. After we refused to pay $375 Patrick said “pay me half”, after refusing again he asked for $16. WHAT KIND OF WHEELING AND DEALING PLACE IS THIS?! We paid in full at the initial appointment, $8400 AND WE HAVE THE CONTRACT OF ALL SERVICES WHICH INCLUDED THE OBITUARIES! We will NEVER use this funeral home again or it’s other locations. How dare Patrick take advantage of vulnerable families in a time like this. I hope someone reaches out to contact us about this matter soon.
They have given me great service each time my family has had to be there. They keep you very informed and on top of everything.
