I took my 8 years old dog (Bentley) to do his annual check up, the staff and the doctor were very helpful! they even responded to my questions (via email) in less than 24 hours! This was my second visit to this location and I am very pleased! Both visits were great and I am sure My dog felt their love and care!
We’ve taken all of our pets there, and we’ve been very satisfied with the service. Our dog loves it, too! The most professional, loving, caring and friendly staff ever! Would recommend with no doubt!
I took my dog, Henri, here today for a rabies vaccine and the vet techs/veterinarian are so kind! I also picked up his heartworm and flea meds. I didn’t know they sold them, so that was nice. He is all set now for the summer. Thank y’all!
They never have a vet on staff, but what I would call reliable and absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
First visit to this location because the Tractor Supply where I usually go is closed during the pandemic. Called ahead and the person on the phone was nice and answered all of my questions. Did the drive up service and the ladies who came out were nice and asked if it was OK to open the car door to take out my cat in his carrier. The vet then came out to tell me she had examined my cat and agreed he needed a shot for tapeworm. She was very friendly, explained what she thought, asked if I had questions, and made sure I was OK with the treatment. I will certainly come back to this location because I not only felt comfortable and satisfied with the service, it is open more often and for longer hours than the Tractor Supply clinics. Thank you for making a vet visit fast, easy, friendly, and affordable!
