Very customer service oriented. I received a referral that resulted in a happier healthier dog. I admire Dr. Herr for knowing the right thing to do. He referred me to Dr. Bloom in Livonia a specialist who treated my dog. My dog means the world to me and I love dearly. Great teamwork gentlemen!
Dr. Herr is an amazing Vet himself and whole staff is so kind and caring. There compassion is incredible and so appreciated.nI highly recommend them to everyone for their animals health needs and the groomer is also great for dogs and for my long haired cat! Yes cat...only one around that does cats and makes him so handsome!

Great friendly staff! Dr. Herr is wonderful takes the time to answers any questions you have. Staff go over and above to make sure that your pet well taken care of. We have been seeing him for 6 years for out two Rottweiler's now and would defiantly recommend!
Doctor Herr is a great vet, caring for our cats and dogs with a passion. He is an excellent diagnostic vet and persistent in finding out the cause of strange ailments. He is an excellent surgeon and his surgeries have assisted our animals to live a better quality of life beyond what was expected. Many of our animals have received his excellent care through the years. I would highly recommend him to others.
