I have been taking my dogs to DRVC since we moved to Battle Creek. the last time I took 1 of my dogs there I was not allowed in the building. I watched them drag my dog inside. I watched other dogs being dragged inside. 1 young dog slipped her collar and ran out in the street. I do not appreciate how the animals are being traumatized. We will have to go to the clinic. So I can be with my dogs. Trust is a big issue for pets and owners and I've lost my trust with DRVC.
They were able to squeeze me in within an hour of me calling for my Labrador who had just started limping suddenly, Dr Jen was great in explaining the diagnosis and treatment and answered any questions or concerns I had. Everyone I dealt with including the ladies who answered the phone and took my dog in and out were very friendly. Thank you.
They have been great. Always trying to get our pets in and very understanding when you have a pet at end of life. I could hug everyone if it weren't for COVID. Highly recommend both offices but especially the Columbia office.
They care about your pet. They are very nice. They have called and checked on my pet. They take the time lesson.
