Kinda expensive but extremely perfessional very nice place and staff
Went to see their Urn selections and could not get professional service. Man sitting in a office off to the left eating out of a fruit basket. Did not get up to help us. My husband had to open the door to ask for help. The man's response was I thought you were being waited on and said someone would come out the help, she wasn't no better. My husband had to ask for a catalog they acted like they weren't interested in our business we left. I would not tell anyone to go there. Their commercial didn't add up to the service we received.
Not recommended. They wanted to drag my sister down the hall way because their gurney didn't fit down the hall way. Ashes were being put in urn right when we got there. No staff present for luncheon . No TV for firestick for pictures. Owner would not call us back.
Exceptional service for my father. The staff was caring and went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were so helpful and understanding. The atmosphere was peaceful and so professional.
I can not thank Baxters enough for the amazing service they provided us for the loss of my brother. During our grieving time the staff was so polite and helpful. The kindness they displayed and professionalism was above and beyond. I would highly recommend this funeral home.
