I needed a bouquet for a birthday and in general to brighten a friends day. Called Thom's as I was hoping for same day delivery and I had already had multiple bad experiences with large companies (not local). The flowers that got delivered same day ,on my very basic over the phone description, are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and truly exceeded my expectations! The customer service is hands down the best I have experienced in a long time! Thank you Thom's!!! You have my business!

I enjoy giving flowers for any (or no special) occasion and became a customer at Thom’s many years ago. They are my go-to and only florist I would recommend in the Biddeford - Saco area. I’ve done business with most all of them in my lifetime. You’ll be happy you ordered here. Customer service is first rate as-is the end result.
Living in Massachusetts, I was hoping to find a local Maine florist to deliver a bouquet to my mom who lives in Maine, but at the time was at Southern Maine Medical. After checking online reviews, I decided to give Thom's a try. Well, now I know why he has such favorable reviews. He was so kind on the phone, listened to what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I had hoped for. Next time I need flowers, for sure I'm calling Thom's!!
