My bouquet was beautiful. The surprise was ruined by phone calls, 6 hr. late delivery & and wrong name on card from gifted. Could have started a war ..... just sayen

I just ordered my best friend flowers. I had them pick out the flowers and they did outstanding! So happy with gow it came out and it brightened my friends day! Thank you Flower Barn!

Very beautiful, if it doesn't look like expected, it's because you asked for tools they don't have. They cannot order a tool and have it come in an hour!!!

I had gotten online to order flowers for my mom on Saturday after 12pm. (I didn't realize they closed at noon). I believe her name was Kate called me around 2pm and said she recieved the order and would get them out to her anyway!!! Amazing customer service right there! My mom was very excited and loved the arrangement.Thank you for going above and beyond!
