My little guy loves it here. He hates anyone touching his paws so these are the only groomers that can trim his nails without him fighting. The staff is awesome and you can tell they love what they do! Prices are also pretty good for the Rockford area.
Dr and staff are friendly and gentler with my pets. They understand that I don't have extra money for special tests, so they work with me to keep them healthy.
I took my beloved siamese here and the staff was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! They handled my boy with love and compassion and made me feel completely comfortable with his care. Not only did they see me on short notice, but I had some issues financially because of the covid crisis and together we made it work. They're absolutely fantastic and my cats will be going there from now on!
They’ve always treated my dogs well. They’ve done 3 surgeries for my animals without any complications. More affordable than most local vets.
