Had to take my dog in for a life-threatening surgery. Everyone at the clinic was extremely helpful. My dog is usually very distrustful of strangers, but they tried their best to be patient and work with her. The cost was well worth the treatment. My dog is making a good recovery because of their willingness to make time for her surgery and even put in extra hours to make sure she would be taken care of. I cant ever express how much their help means to me. Vets aren't cheap, but they had a reasonable price compared to other places around. I will be committed to bringing my pets to them from now on. Thank you guys very much for making the time to save my girl. As an aside, my dog, while distrustful of strangers, was actually happy to go back into the clinic for her follow up care. Can't say any bad things about Auburn Animal Clinic or their staff. Thanks again for everything!
To be short, my experience with this vet is horrible. I put trust in her to be knowledgeable for making the right decision with my 10+year leopard gecko. I had no prior experience with Auburn Animal Clinic. I gave permission to treat Izzy with the understanding she only treat the lump (infection) on her arm. To my surprise, at the time of pickup, the vet cut 2 large incisions, one on her arm and one on her leg and being told Izzy has gout, not an infection. It was so upsetting to see Izzy in major pain and stress for the next 5 days after the procedure resulting in her death! I had left a message during and after the 5 days to speak with the vet, but I only heard from a technician several days after Izzy's death. The vet has shown to be wrong in her practice and fails to talk with me! I don't think I should have to endure the entire cost of $283.50. I did ask the technician I wish to be compensated for half the cost, but the vet will not! It's a lot of money to lose and most importantly, Izzy.
Auburn animal clinic is an amazing clinic with the most caring and knowledgeable dr. And technicians I've seen in a long time. Our Roxie is feeling like a new girl. Thank you so much for being the most thoughtful people for pets. Y'all do the west side proud! God bless

The staff and vet are very helpful. Very gentle with my pet. They listen to all my concerns whenever I call and come up with the best solutions to help my pet. As a first time pet owner I am very thankful.
