They're always super kind and knowledgeable. We've had several animals taken care of here over the past few decades and always been rockstar service. If you want someone who cares about your cuddly friends, definitely cannot recommend them enough.
I had a great experience with Hillcrest. However I think you should allow someone to buy flea and tick Medications for the animals no matter how long it has been since they have been seen. But staff is always very nice. I believe that they saved Onyx's life. Thank you so much
I have NEVER in my life trusted ANYONE with my babies the way we trust Dr. Christina Hall. She operated on our baby and saved him... Words cannot express how thankful we are for her ud83dude4c
Horrible! Jamie is the worst receptionist ever! I've been a pet owner for 37 years and I've taken all of my dogs to Hillcrest. They recently went to appointments only. During the hours of 7 a.m. Friday & 6 p.m. Friday our e.r. vet is closed leaving no options for a 2 lb puppy that is extremely ill. I called with tears in my eyes and begged for an emergency appointment just to have Jamie mock me when she thought she had me on hold! I've since found a new veterinarian, I really miss the old Hillcrest.....the one that used to have vets that cared & wasn't just trying to make a dollar.
