Excellent service & procedures considering COVID situation.
Dr. Erin seems very kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed meeting her. There was a bit of a wait as there is at every veterinarian I've ever been to and with 5 dogs and 3 states, there has been many, but the little park right behind was perfect to walk the other dogs while we were waiting. Thank you for getting me in.
I just want to give a shout out to Animal Health Services. I am a first time puppy mom ud83dudc36 and my puppy has had his share of problems. They got him in with an emergency vet visit and were able to roll it to a normal visit ($) because of cancellation. I’ve called pretty regularly and they have answered all my questions. I have been taking my dogs and cats to Animal Health Services since the mid 80's. They have been life savers. They are always professional, yet they make you feel at home. My dogs like the staff. (Though they aren't thrilled about Vet visits). That doctors are excellent and always explain just what I need to do to help my dog recover or to keep them healthy.
The staff are wonderful, caring people who know what they are doing and how to treat all animals. My pets like to go to the vets because they have always made them feel calm and always put pets first. People their are friendly, helpful, and always listening.
