I live out of state and called 1 day ahead to order an arrangement to be sent to a friend who lives in Monticello. I spoke with Jennifer twice and she was helpful, professional, and prompt. I asked her to stay within my price range for everything (including delivery, tax, and credit card fee) and she was accurate. She even texted me a picture of the beautiful arrangement the next day so I could see what would be delivered to my friend. My experience with Boka Shoppe was perfect.

Called at the last minute and the lady that answered (sorry I can’t remember your name) told me she was working alone and was headed to funeral home with a load of flowers for Stan. She was so accommodating and asked what all I needed along with proper spelling of names for card. I knew what I wanted but it’s always hard ordering something like this over the phone. Thank you so much for all your help and concern. We have a 3 hour drive ahead of us but this helped it all seem better. Thank you ud83dude4fud83cudffb

We stopped in on a whim.they were very friendly and accomodating. Made beautiful flower bouquet for gift order

I would rate this place a 0! Very unprofessional, & got hung up ON TWICE. I said, a certain amount I wanted to spend. I did NOT get a BREAK down per each item I was ordering. Didn't get a break down on exactly how much the flowers cost, got a price on the stuffy I think, didn't get a break down on how much the balloon was going to cost, or the DELIVERY FEE. Then I never got a TOTAL after the payment went through.nnWas spoken to in the rudest, very UNPROFESSIONAL MATTER, got hung up on twice. First time was just checking on to see if the order was delivered, & the second time I don't even know why. Didn't get a APOLOGY at all! & She was ARGUING with me the whole time!nnWow, talking about COSTUMER SERVICE.nnAfter telling her I would have liked to know how much everything would cost, & even more a TOTAL before they ran my card. Which they didn't do either.nnThen she has the audacity to tell me I could bring back the balloon, & the stuffy. SERIOUSLY?!?nnWho in their right mind would take a stuffed animal back from a CHILD, & their BALLOON!nnRude, is a major UNDERSTATEMENT! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. & Like I said, I would rate them a 0, but there isn't a option for that.nnA simple apology would have been surfice, & even her telling me the prices, & final price to begin with.nnThanks for the great costumer service! & To all who got 5 * service I'm happy for you.

Sent my mom a plant from here for Mother's Day. Not impressed with the service at all. I ordered it to be delivered on the Friday of Mother's Day weekend, they delivered it on Saturday. When I called to see why it had not been delivered, they said it was ordered for Sat. delivery, which I know wasn't true, because I double checked my email. Very rude service on the phone and no one even said they were sorry for messing up. I used this place because I could order on line since I live in a different state from my mom. Will not use this florist again! DIDN'T EVEN ADMIT YOUR MISTAKE OR SAY YOU WERE SORRY.
