I love this place. They take such good care of my girls. They're always happy to go to the vet because it's such a stress free experience for them. The staff is so kind and professional. They also have a doctor on call at nights for emergencies which saved us a late night 50 min drive to the emergency vet in Springfield with a very sick pup.
I can’t say enough good things about the care my dog received at BFAH. She came in initially for a very early morning ER visit due to surgical complications from a spay done elsewhere that didn’t have ER services. They were quick in getting there and getting her in; calm and professional in dealing w my concerns. Care and follow up have been wonderful. We will be staying for all my dog’s vet needs. ud83dude0a
We love taking our fur babies/scaly babies here. They are all very kind and loving people. They are good with our babies and always go above and beyond. Best Friends is highly recommended.
Great vet clinic! Appointments are easy to make and everyone is super friendly and my animals don't mind going! The facility is very clean and it's very convenient that after their rabies shot I get there tags immediately.
Dr. Jason and Terin were so helpful and compassionate during a very traumatic emergency situation. Thank you so much for helping the dog and your kindness for animals as well as people.
