We've been customer of the Genoa Animal hospital for over 15 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pet's health. The drs and their staff are outstanding. They have seen us through good and sad times. Always professional and caring.
I called for advice after my dog cut his foot and my vets office had closed. The tech was very helpful especially considering I was not a patient. If I ever change vets, they are first on list!
This vet charged me a thousand dollars and did not find anything wrong with my cat. I just took him to another vet where they found a urinary obstruction that they say was extremely visible. This mistake almost killed my beloved pet and cost me thousands of dollars to go elsewhere to have my per competently examined. if you care about your animals, want the best possible prognosis for them, want to get them out of pain asap- please do not take your chances here.nnEdit: My name isn't in their system because my husband paid for this vet visit with his credit card.
Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Our animals mean the world to us. It's the people who work there makes you know their getting the best care.
Genoa Animal hospital is the most knowledgeable, caring, reliable and responsive vet I have ever used. They are amazing.
