I live out-of-town and Jansen Floral Effects was recommended by my sister for a floral arrangement for my mom’s special birthday. I found a design on-line that I liked and worked with Charles to customize it so it would be perfect for her. I upgraded to the medium level. The flowers were delivered on-time, and were beautiful — full and fresh. I’ll definitely order again!
I recently ordered a bouquet for my Dad's Birthday. The arrangement sent was absolutely gorgeous. My Dad is still talking about it. The cutest teddy bear ever was chosen to go with it. This was remarkably done same day. I can't say enough good things about this florist.
They were very nice on the phone, convinced me that even during this pandemic they would deliver flowers to my aunt, who is very sick at the local hospital, on the same day I ordered them ..THEY LIE AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF 75$!nMy aunt never received her flowers and when I called they they refused to do ANYTHING about it..stating I was mistaken in thinking they would be responsible for making sure they would be delivered.. REALLY!!nTHERE ARE OTHER FLORISTS IN THE AREA.. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID
We were in a pinch as my Dad had died suddenly before Memorial Day Weekend. I really wanted to put something near my Dad’s casket and Barbara, the owner of the shop, put something together last minute that was beautiful for us. Additionally, we received flowers from others who went through Jansen to send flowers during this time. The quality was consistently beautiful and unwavering.
