5 Star customer service, quality and experience! Annie was an absolute delight to work with and I would highly recommend hiring her for all your flower needs. She was thoughtful, diligent, and helped me throughout the entire process. I ordered some sympathy flowers for a friend, and she truly went the extra mile to make them special. She texted me pictures and made it collaborative and beautiful. My friend loved the flowers, and it really brightened her day. I can’t thank her enough for doing this (the day after Christmas) as she was kind enough to come in on her day off just to help me with this order. Annie was a consummate professional and I’ll absolutely be using her again.
These flowers turned out more beautiful than the picture on the website! Very happy with them. Ordering was very easy, the shop was responsive via e-mail and delivered them on time. It was also pretty cool that I got a photo of the actual arrangement a couple days before delivery.
