Many many years ago, this was a reliable veterinarian practice. In recent years the quality of service and the lack of sharing knowledge has since changed the way I view this practice. My cat has been struggling the past 6-8 months with urinary issues. Not once did they recommend checking his kidneys. Not once! This past weekend he needed to be hospitalized. When speaking with the vet, my cat may have “kidney injury”. I would have done the bloodwork if recommended. If you want to keep your cat healthy, find another practice. I hope to receive better news tomorrow on the prognosis. I’m looking for a new vet as I have 2 other cats.
Awesome visit my Tigger loves this place and people! Usually wants to eat everyone but only kisses and tail wagging here. Thank you once again for taking care of my buddy.
I brought my Cat Sami in for surgery to be operated on a large cyst on her back paw. Dr. Procelli operated on her with much success. They are professional and very caring. Do not hesitate to bring your animal there. They are now my Vet of choice. Very satisfied. 5 STARS
Friendly and fast service at the front desk. Inviting and informative doctors. Overall great visit!
Overall the veterinarians were great and well spoken. However the receptionist lack customer service skills and are very rude, they seem to talk down to you. They are more interested in there own conversation than dealing with the costumer and pet. Also extremely hard to call and get ahold of the office to make an appointment. The front foyer/waiting room is not clean at all and they are more expensive than other offices.
