It's homecoming in our little town, and they are really busy, yet still very friendly and helpful! I'm picking up an arrangement for my mom's birthday via my stepdad, and there was no problem to pick up instead of deliver. They always have beautiful arrangements--I've seen them deliver several times to my workplace (a couple of times for me!).

I spoke with Cathy at Whalen's West Side Floral about sending a nice potted plant to the funeral of a cousin in Shelbyville...and was well pleased at how kind and considerate and helpful Whalen's were. She gave me a specific price and told me of taxes and delivery...and even then it was below what I expected to pay. Their kindness and courtesy was much appreciated. Truly professionals...to say the least. Thanks Cathy.

After my wife spent over an hour with an online florist, she decided to call Whalen's and and within 10 minutes, Kathy had her order and was very kind and helpful for or family. Thank you so very much for making this on short notice. We will tell our friends.
