We rescued four two-week old kittens who we took to Dr. Olsen to neuter/spay at 4 months old. We are so appreciative of his willingness to participate in a program that made these services affordable. The staff was friendly and informed. The procedure was done efficiently and effectively. If I need veterinary care in the future I will go to Dr. Olsen. I trust his experience and his willingness to go beyond what is required to take care of animals.
Our first visit to Olsen Vet. Clinic was great. Nice, kind staff. Dr. Olsen took his time examining my dog, gave options for further care. He explained procedures well. Check out was quick, easy; making appointment for surgery was quick.
Dr. Olsen has been generous of time and thorough in his examination of our pet. No inflated costs or procedures. Your pet is provided the care to continue healthy and happy lives.
I lost 2 cats in 2020 due to the financial hardship and expensive quotes provided by another well known very clinic in Glen Carbon. I was faced with another illness with my surviving cat this December and at a loss knowing I couldn't go back to our previous vet. I found Dr.Olsen on Google and they got me in the same day. They were able to treat and help my deathly ill cat and save his life without forcing me to make the choice of either giving him thousands of dollars or letting my cat die. I'm very grateful for him and his assistant, Andy! I only wish I would have known of him and his practice earlier, then my other 2 cats might still be alive. I highly recommend Dr.Olsen if you need good care for your pets at a reasonable price.
Our cat was ill, called and got in the same afternoon. Doc took a look at her, diagnosed pneumonia, gave her an antibiotic injection and something for her fever. She is getting back to normal slowly but surely. We very much appreciated the care given and to be worked in the same day. Thank you very much! Linda Robert
