A friend’s cat had an emergency after another cat attacked him today (3/22/21) and his paws were extremely swollen after the fight (2x their usual size) and the staff at lakeside refused to even see the cat untill 10pm. This happened at about noon today. If this had been a human child will swollen hands he would not have been made to wait. I assume the actual vets were not even told of the situation by the office staff. My friend had to call many other vet offices for the much needed emergency service (central referred them back to lakeside) it’s 2:50pm now and thank goodness the poor cat is okay thanks to Stone Creek!!! The vet gave him the antibiotic shot he needed
They are so patient and kind and always answer every question thoroughly. My bull mastiff loves her visits.
Takes 1000% care for my Cha cha, I highly recommend!
Staff are great,always take good care of my cats.
